You have a strong background in certification and assessment development, with experience leading the end-to-end process of creating industry-standard exams. Your ability to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders is key to your success in this role. You enjoy structured problem-solving and are committed to continuous learning, which allows you to grow deep expertise in certification and assessment.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with SMEs when designing and validating technical assessments. Your attention to detail ensures that the exams you develop are valid, reliable, and defensible, meeting recognized industry standards for assessment and credentialing.

What you'll do

As a Senior Certification Exam Developer, you will lead the exam development processes, conducting job task analyses to ensure the validity of exam designs. You will scope and define exam content, engaging with stakeholders throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include leading SMEs in question design and creation, writing and reviewing questions using industry-standard processes, and performing cut-score analyses to maintain the quality of existing exams.

You will also lead exam beta testing, recruiting and providing support to beta candidates to ensure a smooth testing experience. Your role will directly support the recognition of the skills and expertise of InterSystems customers and partners, making a meaningful impact in the community.
