What you'll do

In this role, you will consult with clients to determine their IT needs and design appropriate solutions. You will provide sales support by scoping and defining solutions, ensuring that client requirements are met efficiently. Managing client relationships with empathy and efficiency will be key to your success, as you will be responsible for planning and scheduling refresh and renewal cycles. You will also manage and execute projects while solving day-to-day IT tasks, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
