Who you are

You are a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a strong background in writing tests and developing stable test infrastructure. You have hands-on experience with debugging and resolving flaky tests, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Your expertise includes working with cross-platform libraries and automated testing frameworks, particularly in the context of AI applications.

You have a deep understanding of APIs and are skilled in testing their functionality, especially in real-time environments. Your experience spans multiple platforms, including Android, iOS, and Mac, allowing you to build comprehensive testing strategies that ensure robust performance across devices. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) is a plus, as you understand the intricacies involved in testing AI-driven applications.

What you'll do

At Inworld AI, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated tests for our AI orchestration platform. Your primary focus will be on the Inworld Runtime, a cross-platform library for orchestrating AI computations. You will work closely with the engineering team to design and implement testing strategies that cover the graph and node facilities, ensuring that our AI building blocks function seamlessly.

You will also contribute to the testing of our recently announced TTS API, advancing our capabilities in automated testing for API functionality. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineers to identify testing needs and develop solutions that enhance the reliability and performance of our software.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices in automated testing. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of quality within the team, advocating for best practices in test development and execution.
