You are a technical or scientific individual contributor with a strong background in protein engineering, biologics, bioinformatics, or synthetic biology. You thrive in environments where innovation meets scientific rigor, and you have a sense of urgency in improving human health. You may also be an engineer with deep experience in automation, AI/ML for biology, or high-throughput experimentation. Your experience in scaling biotech or tech companies makes you a valuable asset to our team. You understand the importance of translating technology into impactful partnerships and business models.
