Italic is seeking an Email Marketing Assistant to prepare and stage marketing emails. You'll work closely with the COO to ensure campaigns are set up accurately. This role requires familiarity with email marketing platforms and basic HTML knowledge.
Job Description
Who you are
You are detail-oriented and reliable, with experience in email marketing tools, particularly Klaviyo. Your basic knowledge of HTML allows you to format and edit emails effectively, ensuring they are visually appealing and functional. You have a strong attention to detail, enabling you to catch typos, spacing, and design issues before emails are sent out. You are comfortable working independently and have a reliable internet connection to maintain consistent availability.
What you'll do
In this role, you will stage marketing emails based on provided copy and assets, ensuring they are correctly formatted and ready for review. You will upload content, segment audiences, and schedule sends in the email platform. Your responsibilities will include checking links, formatting, and responsive layouts before final approval. You will also maintain organized records of campaigns and send schedules, contributing to the overall efficiency of the marketing team.
