What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Booking Group Architecture Team, collaborating closely with other staff developers and the broader Architecture Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will include addressing architectural challenges, guiding the team in best practices, and ensuring that the systems you build are robust and scalable. You will have the autonomy to make impactful decisions that shape the direction of the company's technology and product offerings.

You will also be involved in mentoring junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. As you work on various projects, you will have the opportunity to influence the overall architecture of the product, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of healthcare practitioners.
