Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on building and maintaining scalable systems. Your expertise includes architecting resilient infrastructure and implementing proactive monitoring solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.

You are proficient in using AWS and have hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. Your background includes developing self-service observability solutions that provide actionable insights for troubleshooting and performance optimization.

You understand the importance of incident response and have established sustainable on-call practices in your previous roles. You are skilled in creating comprehensive runbooks and conducting blameless postmortems to improve processes and reduce mean time to recovery (MTTR).

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure they can ship code with confidence. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly makes you an effective collaborator across teams.

Desirable

Experience with database optimization and async workflow infrastructure is a plus. Familiarity with data pipeline reliability and scaling challenges in a production environment will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do
