Who you are

You have substantial experience managing software projects, with a strong understanding of traditional systems and software development methodologies. Your practical experience with agile project management methodologies sets you apart, allowing you to adapt to various project needs effectively.

You possess a mix of technical consulting, business analysis, and process design experience, enabling you to navigate complex project landscapes. Your attention to detail ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget, while your strategic thinking helps you tackle business and technical challenges.

Fluency in both French and English is essential, as you will be interacting with diverse teams and customers. Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages enhances collaboration and engagement across the board.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage high-complexity projects, ensuring successful completion from initiation through delivery to closure. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and engage with global customers to optimize project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include driving customer engagement operations, raising the bar for how JFrog Professional Services consultants interact with customers, resources, systems, and data. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strict attention to detail and ensuring alignment with project goals.

You will leverage your understanding of the software development lifecycle, preferably in an agile and/or DevOps environment, to guide your project management approach. Your strategic mindset will allow you to think critically about business, products, and technical challenges, ensuring that projects meet both customer and organizational needs.
