What you'll do

In this role, you will join the HQ Tech team at Job&Talent, where you will be responsible for designing and scaling backend systems that power our staffing platform. You will collaborate closely with product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our services, impacting the daily operations of numerous businesses.

You will also be involved in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
