What you'll do

As a Recruiter at Job&Talent, you will be at the heart of temporary staffing operations, working closely with client teams to gather recruitment needs and meet production goals. You will identify suitable candidates using various tools, including internal databases and job boards, and conduct interviews to evaluate their fit for the roles. You will ensure the smooth integration of new temporary staff and provide ongoing support throughout their assignments. Monitoring performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that both client and candidate needs are met effectively.
