Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in identity verification or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience leading product teams. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and drive product requirements that align with business goals and customer needs. You possess a deep understanding of compliance, security, and privacy standards relevant to ID verification, ensuring that products meet industry regulations.
Your leadership style is collaborative and empowering — you thrive in guiding teams of Product Owners, helping them grow their skills in agile processes and stakeholder communication. You are data-driven, establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement. You are comfortable working closely with engineering and machine learning teams, translating strategic goals into a deliverable roadmap.
Desirable
Experience with Digital IDs and next-generation identity standards, such as eIDAS 2.0 and mDLs, is a plus. Familiarity with Agentic AI Verification will enhance your ability to lead product innovation in this space. You are adept at collaborating with product marketing to define go-to-market strategies and messaging for new product launches.
What you'll do
As the Product Lead for Jumio's ID Verification product line, you will define and drive the product strategy in collaboration with the SVP of Product & Technology. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring that products meet compliance and security standards. Your execution-first mindset will guide you in working closely with engineering and machine learning teams to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps.
You will lead a team of Product Owners, ensuring timely and quality value delivery while fostering their professional growth. Establishing and tracking KPIs will be crucial in measuring product success and identifying improvement areas. You will collaborate with Product Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for new product launches and major enhancements. Additionally, you will partner with Sales leadership to understand client demand across various industries, including Financial Services, Travel, Fintech, and Gaming.
