You understand the importance of metadata governance and can ensure that data quality standards are met across systems. Desirable

Experience with AI analytics tooling and familiarity with platforms like Databricks is a plus. What you'll do

In this role, you will evaluate and pilot AI tools to enhance the analytics capabilities of Pearl’s platforms. You will work closely with the Analytics and Machine Learning teams to ensure that the data and experimentation platforms are high-quality and AI-enabled. Your responsibilities will include defining adoption metrics, collecting user feedback, and creating enablement materials to promote AI-driven workflow improvements.

You will support the optimization of experimentation platforms by partnering with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and recommend tooling enhancements. Your role will also involve validating experiment configurations and ensuring that A/B testing frameworks are effectively implemented. You will analyze current data platform offerings and design enhancements to improve their functionality and user experience.
