What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and execute a mix of strategic, customer, and market research initiatives from end to end. You will be responsible for designing research studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders across the organization. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping Justworks' product offerings and overall strategy. You will collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams, and other departments to ensure that research findings are integrated into decision-making processes.

You will also contribute to the development of systems that make it easier for others to access and utilize research insights. This includes creating templates, guidelines, and best practices for conducting research within the organization. You will mentor junior researchers and help build a strong research culture at Justworks, ensuring that insights are valued and leveraged effectively.
