What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Kalepa, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our AI Underwriting Platform. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design and implement features that improve the user experience and drive customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and participating in architectural discussions to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications.

You will also be involved in troubleshooting and debugging issues, collaborating with the team to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the speed and quality of our platform, helping clients make faster and more confident decisions. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.
