What you'll do
In this role, you will be focused on building tools that facilitate the migration of accounts from legacy systems to Kaluza's innovative platform. You will analyze customer data to gain insights into user behavior and product performance, linking your findings to migration plans by identifying trends and patterns. You will collaborate closely with your team to ensure that migrations are executed smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the Client Engineering function. Your work will directly impact the customer experience, making it essential to understand the nuances of user behavior and how it relates to the migration process.
