Who you are
You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). You understand the complexities of managing user identities and access controls in a secure and efficient manner. Your experience includes working with various IAM tools and technologies, and you are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance security and user experience.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate challenges that arise in the IAM space. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders allows you to advocate for best practices in identity management. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in IAM.
What you'll do
As a Senior Engineer I in the IAM team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IAM solutions that meet the needs of Kaluza's energy intelligence platform. You will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and security teams to ensure that identity management processes are integrated seamlessly into the overall architecture. Your role will involve analyzing existing IAM systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements that improve security and user experience.
You will also participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the development of best practices for IAM within the organization. Your work will directly impact Kaluza's ability to manage user identities securely and efficiently, supporting the company's mission to accelerate the shift to a clean, electrified future.
