What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Iru, you will lead a team of engineers in designing and building the core services that power our web application. You will ensure that security and scalability are prioritized in all development efforts. Your role will involve collaborating with macOS and Infrastructure engineers to create world-class products that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating career development discussions.

You will also play a key role in defining the engineering processes and best practices that will guide your team. This includes overseeing project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are met, and maintaining high standards of code quality. You will work closely with product management to align engineering efforts with business goals and customer needs. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovation and ensuring that Iru remains a leader in the AI-powered security space.
