Experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality products.

What you'll do

As the Director of Product Management, you will lead the strategy and execution for Kaseya's BCDR portfolio. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of MSPs and IT organizations.

You will drive product vision and outcomes across backup, disaster recovery, and ransomware-resilient continuity solutions. This includes conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends, as well as analyzing competitive offerings to inform product development. You will also be responsible for setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

In this role, you will engage with stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to technical teams, to ensure that product initiatives are well understood and supported. You will facilitate product demonstrations and training sessions to educate internal teams and customers about new features and capabilities.

Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring and developing your product management team, fostering a collaborative environment where team members can thrive. You will encourage a culture of experimentation and learning, empowering your team to take calculated risks and innovate.
