What you'll do

As the Director of Engineering at Kiddom, you will lead key parts of our engineering organization, driving the execution of our AI-first product vision. You will be responsible for building and managing high-performing engineering teams, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Your role will involve maturing our architecture and infrastructure to support district-scale impact, translating the company's technical strategy into effective execution.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Data, AI, and Curriculum teams to ship features that resonate with teachers and students — your insights will guide the development of innovative solutions that enhance educational outcomes. You will also drive delivery excellence, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
