Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced educator or instructional leader with a strong background in K–12 curriculum adoption processes. Your presentation skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage and inspire district and state decision-makers effectively. You understand the unique needs of local communities and can articulate how Kiddom's platform meets those needs. You are comfortable blending instructional expertise with storytelling to create compelling presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
You have a passion for education and a commitment to promoting student equity and growth. Your experience in delivering presentations equips you to showcase the value and usability of educational programs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, product, and curriculum teams to craft presentations that highlight Kiddom's impact in classrooms.
What you'll do
In this role, you will deliver high-impact sales presentations that inspire decision-makers to choose Kiddom's educational platform. You will serve as the voice of Kiddom’s curriculum and instructional philosophy during state and district adoption cycles. Your presentations will be tailored to demonstrate the value, usability, and outcomes of Kiddom’s Math and ELA programs. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that your presentations align with the company's goals and effectively communicate the benefits of Kiddom's offerings.
You will be responsible for crafting and delivering compelling 45–60 minute live or virtual presentations. Your goal is to help districts see Kiddom not just as a program but as a partner in transforming teaching and learning. You will engage with stakeholders, answer questions, and provide insights that help them understand the impact of Kiddom's curriculum management functionality.
