You excel at debugging complex issues and have a knack for improving developer experiences through effective tooling and processes.

You understand the importance of educational technology and are passionate about creating equitable learning experiences — your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can translate technical requirements into impactful solutions. You thrive in environments where you can mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You are comfortable working with a variety of technologies, from web APIs to graph databases and edge computing — your experience with large-scale systems equips you to tackle thorny problems and drive technical change across teams. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and enjoy the challenge of finding solutions that enhance both product and developer experiences.

Desirable

Experience with machine learning models and their integration into educational platforms would be a plus — familiarity with LLMs and data insights can help you contribute to Kiddom's mission of improving instructional decisions.

You will also have the opportunity to drive technical change across teams, selecting and building tools that empower your fellow engineers to perform at their best.

Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers, guiding them through complex technical challenges, and fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. You will participate in code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the codebase remains maintainable and efficient.

In addition, you will work on integrating advanced technologies such as graph databases and edge computing into the platform — your insights will help shape the future of Kiddom's systems, making them more robust and adaptable to the needs of local communities.
