You are an experienced QA Automation Manager with a strong background in quality engineering and automation frameworks. You have a proven track record of building and leading teams, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can influence quality processes from the ground up. With expertise in Ruby, JavaScript, and Dart/Flutter, you are well-versed in designing test automation frameworks for backend, web, and mobile applications. You understand the importance of quality in fintech and are committed to ensuring that products meet the highest standards. You have experience in compliance testing and are familiar with standards such as SOC 2 and PCI-DSS. You are a hands-on leader who enjoys writing code and building infrastructure while mentoring your team.

Desirable

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating testing into development workflows is a plus. Familiarity with performance testing, visual regression capabilities, and self-service testing tools will set you apart. You are passionate about quality and are eager to share your knowledge with product engineers to foster a culture of quality across the organization.

What you'll do

As the QA Automation Manager at Kikoff, you will have the unique opportunity to build the quality engineering team from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with the InfoSec Manager to ensure compliance testing is thorough and effective. Your role will involve advising core platform and product teams on production monitoring and reporting quality metrics to leadership. You will design and implement test automation frameworks that cover unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests, and UI/UX automation. Establishing quality processes, including testing standards and defect workflows, will be a key responsibility. You will create self-service testing tools that empower product teams to take ownership of quality independently. Training product engineers on testing frameworks and quality practices will be essential to scaling quality across the organization.
