What you'll do

As a Software Engineer II on the Billing & Monetization team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the infrastructure that supports Klaviyo's billing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the billing system is robust, scalable, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing features that help users understand their spending and managing pricing changes for new and existing products.

You will also be involved in tracking product usage to ensure accurate billing and will assist in facilitating internationalization efforts. Your contributions will directly impact how Klaviyo captures revenue and supports its customers in their entrepreneurial journeys. You will collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to drive the development of innovative solutions that enhance the user experience.
