What you'll do

As a Software Engineer II on the Social Team, you will be responsible for building end-to-end experiences that connect social channels to Klaviyo’s core platform. This includes developing features that power Instagram auto-replies and other social entry points, as well as the supporting APIs and services that ingest and transform social events. You will actively participate in design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring that the solutions you develop prioritize reliability and performance.

You will tackle complex technical challenges, exploring various solution paths and weighing the trade-offs between business needs and technical feasibility. Your role will involve shipping well-designed features that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to ensure that the solutions you develop align with the overall product vision and user needs.
