What you'll do

In this role, you will take strategic direction from the Executive Creative Director and work closely with your team to create original design solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that all work meets the high standards expected by Klick and its clients. You will motivate your team to think outside the box and deliver designs that not only meet client expectations but also resonate with their target audiences.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients and other departments, to ensure that the design solutions align with overall business objectives. Your role will involve providing feedback and guidance to team members, helping them to grow and develop their skills as designers. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas into your team's workflow to keep their work fresh and relevant.
