Your proficiency in tools like Adobe XD, After Effects, and Photoshop allows you to bring fresh ideas and original solutions to the table. You understand the importance of visual storytelling and can conceptualize and storyboard effectively to enhance learning experiences.

You are passionate about continuous professional development and enjoy staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
What you'll do
As a Multimedia Designer at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for creating both 2D and 3D animated images that enhance our interactive training modules. Your role will involve conceptualizing and designing supporting materials such as posters and security documents that accompany the e-learning content. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that the visuals align with the training objectives and effectively communicate key messages.
You will engage in the entire creative process, from initial brainstorming and storyboarding to final production and animation. Your ability to provide fresh ideas and original solutions will be crucial in transforming our training modules into world-class learning experiences. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions about design strategies and project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
