What you'll do
As a Staff Software Engineer at KnowBe4, you will lead the technical direction of our AI systems, shaping the architecture and design patterns that drive our Human Risk Management platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance security awareness and user engagement.
You will mentor junior engineers, guiding them through best practices in software development and AI implementation. Your role will involve conducting design reviews and ensuring that our systems are reliable and scalable, capable of handling the demands of over 70,000 organizations worldwide.
