What you'll do

In this role, you will design, test, and refine multi-step AI workflows and prompt chains that produce structured, high-quality educational content at scale. You will translate pedagogical and editorial requirements into automated, metadata-driven processes that ensure consistent quality across various educational materials. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the AI systems align with the educational goals of Kognity.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of AI workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and output quality.
