What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Kognity, you will build and ship full-stack features that shape how teachers and students interact with our platform — your work will directly influence the learning experiences of users in over 120 countries. You will design and evolve robust systems, ensuring that they are scalable and maintainable while adhering to best practices in software development.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions — your ability to take initiative and make decisions will be crucial in driving projects forward. You will also participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow.

Your role will involve continuous simplification and strengthening of existing systems — you will identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance performance and user satisfaction.
