You are a Software Development Engineer in Test with a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with scrum teams to ensure that features meet the highest standards of quality. You are eager to learn and adapt, contributing to the design and development phases of projects. You understand the importance of being involved from the earliest stages of development through to deployment and production support.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be an integral part of the scrum team, participating in all sprint activities. You will contribute to the overall quality of the finished features by being involved from the earliest stages of design and development. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. You will also participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that best practices are followed.
You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that testing aligns with project goals. Your role will involve continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies, helping to enhance the overall quality of the products. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and share your knowledge of testing best practices.
