Overview

Krafton is hiring a Mid-Level Accountant for their Consolidated Accounting Team to manage and report financial information for the group. You'll work with IFRS standards and require at least 2 years of experience in consolidated accounting.

Who you are

You have a degree in accounting or a related field and possess over 2 years of experience in consolidated accounting or have worked in an accounting firm. You understand IFRS and K-IFRS accounting standards and are proficient in using office tools like Excel for data processing. You are detail-oriented and can collaborate effectively with others, demonstrating accuracy and responsibility in your work. You are also open to international travel as required.

Desirable

Experience with SAP, DART, or other consolidation systems is a plus, as is familiarity with accounting practices in the gaming or content industry. Holding a CPA or AICPA certification would be advantageous, along with experience communicating with global subsidiaries and the ability to read English.

What you'll do

In this role, you will review financial information from subsidiaries and confirm consolidation adjustments. You will prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards, identifying and resolving accounting issues related to subsidiaries. You will also support internal reporting by analyzing consolidated profit and loss statements and reviewing the causes of significant financial fluctuations. Additionally, you will assist with accounting treatments related to new investments, equity changes, and option contracts, while providing support for external audits and internal accounting management systems.
