Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in game design and system balancing, with at least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry. You are proficient in using spreadsheets to analyze data and design structures that enhance gameplay. Your ability to convey planning intentions through logical and concise documentation sets you apart. You enjoy playing various mobile games and have a keen understanding of the purchasing process within them. You possess a theoretical background in the processes that generate fun and have a basic knowledge of probability and statistics. You are open to international travel as required by the role.
Desirable
Experience from game launch to service is a plus, as is the ability to provide accurate and quick references based on detailed gameplay experiences. A background in programming, drawing, or UX design will be advantageous, as it aligns with the collaborative nature of our team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and balance the core growth cycles and economic systems of our new mobile RPG. You will be responsible for crafting every user experience from the first login, ensuring that players feel engaged and rewarded. Your work will include designing and balancing simulation elements such as crafting, building, farming, and gathering. You will also create systems for NPC interactions, random encounters, quests, social elements, and collectible content, all aimed at enhancing player enjoyment. Collaboration with other team members will be essential as you iterate on designs and implement systems that resonate with players.
