A keen understanding and interest in the gaming industry or IT sector would be advantageous. Proficiency in English communication and document preparation is also preferred, enhancing your ability to engage with global teams and stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the governance operations of HQ and domestic/international subsidiaries, preparing documents and managing schedules for shareholder meetings and board meetings. You will assist in administrative procedures related to the appointment of registered directors and ensure proper archiving of minutes and related documents. Your role will involve facilitating communication between various departments, including Legal, Finance, IR, PR, and CSR, to address subsidiary operational issues effectively. You will also support meeting operations by distributing materials in advance and documenting meeting minutes accurately. Additionally, you will manage related documents and data, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
