Who you are
You have 5-7 years of experience in managing educational programs, particularly in the context of training developers. Your background includes working with government-supported educational initiatives and you have a strong understanding of the processes involved in training program administration. You are skilled in document management and administrative tasks, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and processes are handled efficiently.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including coaches, trainees, and related departments. Your teamwork abilities enable you to foster a collaborative environment, essential for the success of the training program. You are also open to travel, as there are no restrictions preventing you from doing so.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the operations of the Jungle training program, which aims to nurture software developers. Your responsibilities will include managing the recruitment and onboarding of trainees, organizing key events such as orientation and graduation ceremonies, and handling various administrative tasks related to trainee management. You will also be responsible for addressing trainee needs and resolving issues that arise within the program.
You will engage with the K-Digital Training process, assisting with evaluations and assessments to ensure the program meets its educational goals. Your role will require you to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and enhance the overall experience for trainees.
