Who you are
You are a Senior Risk Analyst with a strong background in quantitative trading and risk management. You possess proficiency in both Python and SQL, allowing you to develop and maintain internal fund financial reporting systems effectively. Your analytical skills enable you to swiftly identify issues and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions, ensuring the firm's capital is managed efficiently.
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Engineering, Science, or a related field. Your ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders is crucial, as you will collaborate closely with Quantitative Researchers and Software Engineers to enhance the firm's trading strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and maintain the internal fund financial reporting system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data. You will connect crypto exchange APIs for risk monitoring and financial reporting, playing a key role in the firm's trading operations. Your responsibilities will include reconciling books and trading records for the trading desk, analyzing capital usage, and attributing the cost of capital.
You will assist in executing the day-to-day workflow, tracking and monitoring all fund financial reporting, and supporting ad hoc requests from the management team and regulatory authorities. Your insights will help shape the firm's trading strategies and risk management practices, contributing to its success in the rapidly evolving financial markets.
