You possess a strong understanding of computer systems and have experience architecting and developing large-scale software systems.

Your strong written communication skills and intermediate English proficiency enable you to interact effectively with traders and communicate technology changes. You have a passion for quantitative trading and cryptocurrency markets, which drives your curiosity and innovation in software development. You are eager to mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards, fostering a collaborative environment.

Desirable

Experience in developing low-latency systems and familiarity with low-latency C++ programming will set you apart as a candidate. Your ability to leverage advanced algorithms and data structures will enhance the speed and accuracy of our tick-by-tick backtesting research platform.

What you'll do

As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the design of major software components, systems, and features for our high-frequency trading platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving our core libraries. Your role will involve redesigning existing software architecture to enhance efficiency and scalability, reducing time effort and potential errors in future development.

You will interact directly with traders to manage incidents and troubleshoot problems, ensuring that technology changes are communicated effectively. Contributing to technical discussions and code reviews will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will mentoring and training other team members on best practices in design and coding standards.
