KUBRA is hiring a Mail Coordinator - Quality of Service to support quality assurance audits in their Operations Department. This role requires overseeing compliance with quality standards and managing updates to procedures.

Who you are

You have experience in quality assurance and operations, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. You understand the importance of compliance with established processes and customer service level agreements, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to monitor and assess quality across multiple facilities makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational excellence.

What you'll do

As a Mail Coordinator - Quality of Service, you will support ongoing quality assurance audits across various stages of the Operations Department. You will monitor each facility to ensure compliance with quality standards for finished products, established QA processes, and USPS specifications. Additionally, you will oversee new insert campaigns and manage updates to consumables and handling procedures, ensuring that all operations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with different teams to maintain operational excellence and uphold customer satisfaction.
