You are familiar with integrating queue systems, especially BullMQ, to ensure efficient task processing within your applications. Your experience with containerization using Docker means you can create consistent development and deployment environments, which is crucial for maintaining high-quality software. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with product, design, and frontend engineers to deliver impactful solutions at pace.

What you'll do

As a Backend Engineer at Kyra, you will design, develop, and maintain the backend services that power our flagship Kyra Platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features that enhance the user experience for both creators and brands. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of our services, which are critical to our clients' success.

You will work on integrating and managing PostgreSQL databases, ensuring that data integrity is maintained while optimizing performance for high-traffic applications. Your expertise in Node.js and TypeScript will be essential as you build scalable services that can handle the demands of our growing user base.

In addition to development tasks, you will also implement and manage queue systems using BullMQ, which will help streamline task processing and improve overall system efficiency. Your experience with Docker will enable you to create containerized applications that facilitate consistent development and deployment processes across the team.
