You have a strong background in data analysis with at least 5 years of experience in extracting insights from complex datasets — you understand how to leverage data to drive business decisions and improve product offerings. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze data efficiently, while your familiarity with Google Analytics helps you track and interpret user behavior effectively. You are skilled in data visualization tools, enabling you to present findings in a clear and impactful manner. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that insights are actionable and aligned with business goals. What you'll do
In this role, you will dive deep into Lalamove's data to uncover insights that will inform product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand their data needs and provide them with actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user data to identify trends and patterns, conducting A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of new features, and creating dashboards to visualize key performance indicators. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings to stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made at all levels of the organization.
