Who you are

You have previous experience with branding and packaging in a similar role within a brand or design agency — your portfolio showcases innovative design solutions that effectively communicate brand messaging. You possess excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, which you use to bring your creative ideas to life. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively interact with clients and internal teams, ensuring that design concepts align with project goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting Design Directors and fellow Designers to push creative boundaries and develop impactful design strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will explore and conceptualize design solutions that resonate with brand identity and strategy. You will develop and push to find 'big ideas' based on design strategy and creative briefs, ensuring that your work aligns with client expectations and project objectives. As part of our creative team, you will support Design Directors and fellow Designers, contributing to innovative creative solutions that elevate brand experiences. You will evaluate design options and represent design thinking to integrate brand messaging, color, imagery, type, and composition into deliverables. Partnering with internal teams and clients, you will showcase your passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging, and visual communication, ultimately helping to build brands that are both valuable and resilient.
