Who you are

You are a Senior 3D Motion Designer with a strong background in communication design agencies, ready to elevate brand experiences through storytelling and motion. Your expertise in After Effects for motion design, keyframe animation, and compositing sets you apart. You are proficient in Blender and Cinema 4D for 3D modeling and motion design, and you have a solid grasp of 2D design tools like Illustrator, XD, and Photoshop for image manipulation.

Your skills extend to video editing with Premiere Pro and basic audio editing, ensuring that your motion designs are not only visually stunning but also engaging. You are familiar with render engines like Redshift or Octane, and you have experience with creative coding using Processing, P5.js, or Cinder for generative motion. Additionally, you are adept at using Lottie and CSS animations for web and UI applications, and you have experience with the Trapcode suite for procedural effects in After Effects.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join Landor's Mumbai Studio and collaborate with a team of brand experts to create extraordinary motion-native work. You will be responsible for elevating brand experiences through innovative storytelling techniques, utilizing your extensive knowledge of motion design. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business problems and translating them into compelling visual narratives.

You will lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring that all motion design elements align with the overall brand strategy. Your ability to foster creativity and collaboration within the team will be crucial as you work together to push the boundaries of motion design. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their careers.
