You possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles, enabling you to evaluate design options critically and develop competitive and breakthrough design strategies. Your ability to conduct conceptual exploration ensures that you leave no stone unturned in your quest for innovative design solutions. You are a proactive communicator, eager to partner and interact with internal teams and clients to showcase your passion for creative excellence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of design strategies that align with project goals and client expectations. You will explore various design solutions, conducting conceptual explorations to ensure a wide range of options are considered. Your responsibilities will include evaluating design options and pushing to find 'big ideas' based on the design strategy and creative brief. You will collaborate closely with Design Directors and fellow Designers, contributing to a creative team that values innovation and excellence.

You will also be responsible for showcasing your design work to clients, articulating the rationale behind your creative decisions and how they connect to business outcomes. Your role will involve evaluating competitive design strategies and plans, ensuring that Landor remains at the forefront of branding and design excellence. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and creativity, working together to build brands that are not only visually appealing but also strategically sound.
