You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience building production systems at scale — you've owned services from design through deployment and have navigated complex distributed systems issues. You possess deep expertise in Python and Go — you've designed and implemented backend services that power enterprise-level applications and understand the nuances of security and compliance. Your experience includes working with authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, SCIM, OAuth2, and single sign-on (SSO) integrations — you know how to build robust systems that meet enterprise needs. You are familiar with role-based and attribute-based access control (RBAC/ABAC) models — you understand how to implement these models effectively to ensure secure access to resources. You thrive in collaborative environments — you enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, product, and enterprise users, to shape the foundation of offerings. You are committed to building secure, compliant, and scalable systems that meet the demands of enterprise customers. What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement backend services using Python and Go that power enterprise authentication, authorization, billing, and tenant provisioning. You will build and evolve systems for SAML, SCIM, OAuth2, and single sign-on (SSO) integrations, ensuring that they are secure and compliant with industry standards. You will develop robust role-based and attribute-based access control (RBAC/ABAC) models to manage user permissions effectively. You will collaborate closely with infrastructure, product, and go-to-market teams to shape the foundation of our enterprise offerings. Your work will directly impact the security and scalability of our platform, enabling enterprise customers to build, test, run, and manage agents at scale. You will be part of a newly formed team that is focused on delivering high-impact features that enhance our platform's capabilities for enterprise users. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team.
