What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the engineering team responsible for LangSmith, focusing on observability and evaluation for LLM applications. You will define the technical roadmap and ensure that your team is aligned with the company's mission to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. You will mentor engineers, helping them grow their skills and careers while fostering a collaborative environment.

You will work closely with product and design teams to deliver features that enhance the developer experience and ensure the reliability of AI systems. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development process, conducting code reviews, and implementing best practices in software engineering. You will also play a key role in recruiting top talent to join your team, ensuring that LangChain continues to build a world-class engineering organization.
