Who you are
You have a strong background in talent operations, with experience in optimizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting processes. You understand the importance of data accuracy and seamless candidate flow, having worked with tools like Ashby and other sourcing technologies. Your ability to design and implement effective interviewer training programs sets you apart, ensuring that hiring practices are consistent and effective across the organization.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building a world-class recruiting engine. Your experience includes managing recruiting coordination teams and driving business reviews to assess and improve hiring strategies. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for analyzing data to inform decision-making, ensuring that the talent team can close top-tier candidates efficiently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will audit and optimize our ATS and sourcing tools to ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will design and implement interviewer training programs that empower hiring managers and interviewers to conduct effective interviews. Your responsibilities will include managing the recruiting coordination team, ensuring that they are focused on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will drive weekly business reviews to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
You will collaborate closely with the recruiting team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices that enhance the overall efficiency of the hiring process. Your role will be pivotal in scaling our company during this next phase of growth, as you work to create a hiring machine that attracts and retains top talent.
What we offer
LangChain offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000, along with meaningful equity and comprehensive benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
