What you'll do

As an AI Specialist at LaunchDarkly, you will spearhead the early-stage implementation and adoption of LD4AI, working closely with existing customers to ensure they realize the full potential of our AI solutions. You will gather critical feedback from customers, which will inform product development and enhancements. Your role will involve developing and documenting Solutions Engineering playbooks that will guide future customer interactions and support scaling efforts.

You will collaborate with the product team to innovate and refine our AI offerings, ensuring they meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include creating technical content, whitepapers, and tutorials that help customers understand and utilize our products effectively. You will also be involved in building attractive demos tailored to strategic engagements, showcasing the capabilities of our AI solutions.
