You thrive in a leadership role, coaching and developing your field team to achieve their best performance. You understand the importance of building strong dealer relationships and are committed to ensuring consistent growth in contract volume and market share. Your experience in managing statewide dealer growth and performance makes you an ideal candidate for this position.
What you'll do
As the Sales Director at Lendbuzz, you will own the state and lead your team in driving sales growth. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance and profitability of your team of Market Development Managers (MDMs), guiding them in territory expansion and strategic execution. Your role will involve coaching your team, fostering a culture of high performance, and ensuring that they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
You will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer to align your team's efforts with the national sales vision, translating it into actionable strategies that resonate with local dealers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers will be a key focus, as you aim to enhance market share and contract volume across the state. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the challenges of the automotive finance sector, ensuring that Lendbuzz remains a competitive player in the market.
