What you'll do

In this role, you will make outbound calls and take inbound calls from customers who have recently applied online for free insurance quotes. You will ask a series of qualifying questions to match and connect callers with an insurance company that can provide them with the best-suited insurance policy. You will handle a large volume of calls while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring that each customer feels valued and understood. You will work closely with your team to achieve targets and consistently raise the bar for performance.
