You are a data-driven CRO Specialist with a strong background in conversion rate optimization. You have experience in analyzing user behavior and identifying friction points in the customer journey β your analytical skills allow you to validate ideas and oversee execution effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing and activation teams to drive growth through evidence-based strategies. Your ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders is key to your success in this role.
You possess a solid understanding of tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing methodologies, which you leverage to optimize conversion rates. Your experience with SQL enables you to extract and analyze data efficiently, providing actionable insights that inform your strategies. You are passionate about continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the user experience and drive business results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end Visitor to Customer Conversion Rate strategy at Lodgify. You will act as the orchestrator between Marketing, Activation, and key stakeholders, ensuring that all efforts are aligned towards optimizing conversion rates. Your responsibilities will include identifying friction points in the customer journey, validating ideas through rigorous testing, and overseeing the execution of improvement initiatives.
You will analyze data to understand user behavior and conversion metrics, using insights to inform your strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and drive growth. Your role will also involve presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the goals and strategies for improving conversion rates.
