You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Your ambition and hunger for knowledge drive you to stay up-to-date with current mobile UX trends and best practices. You have a holistic approach to design, yet you care about the small details that make a significant impact on user experience.

You are skilled in performing user research and testing, using these tools to validate product experiences and apply conclusions with conviction across the team. Your ability to collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders allows you to understand requirements and translate them into compelling user experiences. You are also experienced in mentoring and guiding other designers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to raise the quality bar within the team.

Desirable

Basic development skills and knowledge of nutrition, metabolism, or health topics are advantageous, as they can enhance your understanding of the products you design.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Lumen, you will lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that each product launch is successful and meets user needs. You will create pixel-perfect UI designs within technical constraints, adhering to UX best practices and our Design System. Your role will involve developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across the product, ultimately creating a better user experience.

You will work in a cross-functional delivery team alongside engineers, scientists, and product team members, fostering collaboration and innovation. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights and validate design decisions, as well as applying these insights to improve product experiences. You will take ownership of projects, working independently while also contributing to team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
